Rubydoo
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform and related services offered under the DNS Group and RubyDoo brands ("Services"). The DNS Group and RubyDoo are services operated by DAAS Partners ("DAAS Partners," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. Authentication is provided through Microsoft Entra External ID.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing electronic and text-message communications (such as the TCPA and CTIA guidelines). You will not use the Services to send unlawful, unsolicited, or prohibited content.
If you opt in, DAAS Partners (operating as The DNS Group and RubyDoo) may send you recurring account and service text messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information.
The Services run on a prepaid credit model. When you add a payment method, we place an initial charge of $10, which is added to your account as credit toward your usage. You are not billed per seat or per feature — your use of AI and related services is drawn from your available credit balance as you use them.
Automatic recharge. When your balance falls below a threshold you set (minimum $1), we automatically charge the payment method on file to top your balance back up by your chosen recharge amount (minimum $10). You can view your balance, adjust your threshold and recharge amount, or remove your card at any time in your billing settings.
Any unused credit remains available toward your future usage.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAAS Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
