The DNS Group and RubyDoo are services operated by DAAS Partners ("DAAS Partners," "we," "us," or "our"). DAAS Partners operates the platform and related services under these brands, including our AI communications assistant. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and the organization you represent, provided at sign-up (via Microsoft Entra External ID) or when you contact us.
Mobile phone number — when you provide it to receive text messages, schedule or confirm appointments, or interact with our AI communications assistant.
Communications content — the content of calls, chats, and text messages you exchange with our services, used to provide and improve support.
Usage data — technical and log information generated when you use the platform.

How we use information

To provide, operate, and secure the platform and your account.
To send account, appointment, service, and support communications, including by SMS/text message where you have opted in.
To respond to your inquiries and provide customer care.
To comply with legal obligations.

SMS / text messaging

Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared. No mobile information (including your phone number) and no SMS opt-in or consent will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

If you opt in to text messages from DAAS Partners (operating as The DNS Group and RubyDoo), you may receive recurring account and service messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, service and account notifications, and replies to your support requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the platform.

We obtain your consent to send text messages when you check the SMS consent box during account sign-up, or when you otherwise provide your number and agree to be contacted. We use the mobile number you provide only to deliver the messages described above.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, our telephony/SMS provider and authentication provider), as required by law, or to protect our rights. As stated above, we do not share mobile opt-in or consent data with third parties for marketing.

Data security & retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

Your choices

You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP, update your account information, or request deletion of your data by contacting us.
